Designed by Voon Wong and Benson Saw, Loop Table Lamp is a
unique table lamp with a rotating "lid" that controls the
amount of light allowed to diffuse through the bottom part.

About the Designers
Voon Wong was born in 1963 in Singapore. 1991-1995 he obtained
his Architectural Association degree in London and he works
at an architectural studio, Office of Zaha Hadid, Rick Mather
Architects, and SAA Partnership in Singapore; 1995-1997 he
exercises his architecture designing talents at VX Designs
with Ian Chee.
Benson Saw was born in 1974 in Malaysia. 1992-1996 he obtained
his Science and Mechanical Engineering at the Boston
University. 1996-1999 he works at Motorola as a Mechanical
Engineer, in the section research and development. 1999-2001
he attends courses for Art Design.
The designers Voon Wong and Benson Saw exercise in the field
of furnishing complement, tableware, lamp and product design.
Using the cultural knowledge collected in the field of
architecture and product technical design, they succeed in
giving a touch of uniqueness to their works. Their partnership
started in September 2001 in occasion of the exhibit "Designers
Block" in London, where they had the chance of displaying a
series of works in the field of lighting. The year after they
will get awarded with the prize O x O Peugeot design Award in
the category lighting. Among their works to be remembered
are the tables Slicebox, Kopi rectangle, the clothes hanger
Coatrack, the vases Tube, Twig, Tunnel. For Fontana Arte,
they designed the table lamp Loop.
